Who we are

Smart Tech Innovation is the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us with any privacy question using the contact details at the end of this page.

What we collect and when

Quote form (Contacts page): your name, e-mail address, phone number, the message you write, the surface area you enter, the services you select and the indicative estimate calculated from those choices, together with the language you browse in.

Course enquiries: your name, e-mail address, phone number and the course you wrote to us about, together with the language you browse in.

Shop order requests: your name, e-mail address, phone number, optionally your company name or fiscal code and a message, the products and quantities you request, the prices shown at the time of the request and the language you browse in. Each request receives a reference number that you see on screen and in the confirmation e-mail.

Shopping cart: the products you add to the cart and their quantities are stored only in your browser (local storage) on the device you are using. They are not sent to us until you submit an order request, and you can clear them at any time from the cart page or your browser settings.

Cookies: we set a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose. It is needed for the site to work in your selected language and holds no personal information. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

Embedded videos: some product pages may include videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. Their content is loaded from that provider only when you start playback, at which point the provider may process data under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

We use the data you send only to respond to your request: to prepare a quote, to contact you about the project or course you described, or to confirm availability, the final price and the delivery time for the products you requested. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Submitting an order request involves no payment on the site and does not create a user account.

Where we keep it and who we share it with

Course enquiries and order requests are recorded in our database, hosted on our own servers, so that our team can process and follow them up. Quote requests from the Contacts page reach us by e-mail only.

The notifications sent to us and the confirmation e-mail you receive after an order request are delivered through Resend, our e-mail delivery provider, which processes the message solely to deliver it. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, order requests and the related correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, then delete them. Cart data stays in your browser until you clear it or submit the request, at which point the cart is emptied automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us, quoting your request reference number if you have one, and we will respond.
